Yoga Nidra ~ Conscious Sleeping ~ Yogic Sleep


​Yoga Nidra, also known as conscious sleeping or yogic sleep,

is an hour-long class done lying down with props like pillows, blankets, bolsters,

and eye masks for maximum comfort.

The goal is to reach a hypnagogic state, a consciousness state between waking and sleeping, through guided meditation.

Studies show that 30 minutes to 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep.

This practice helps practitioners deal with everyday stress and even relieve deeper traumas with long-term practice.

The Veterans Association now offers classes for their members to experience these benefits.

 These 1hour - 90 min yoga classes include several different styles of yoga 

& 20+yrs of my exploring them.
This I discovered to be the best way to accommodate a larger range of my students

no matter the level, of your yoga practice​.
Including different styles of yoga, keeps classes constantly new and optimal for 

supporting our respiratory, nervous and digestive systems. 
When these systems are running at their peek they support a healthy immune system, body and mind.
These classes are suitable for everyone 'beginners encouraged, others challenged!'

BreatheWorkz™  and Yoga Class Descriptions

All classes are offered remotely, or in person group conferences and events

Prices vary for events, zoom, and in person classes, private and groups. 

The range one can expect on average for streaming classes is $250. - $350. +

Class times range from lunch hour breaks; 45 to 90min.

We will be hosting BreatheWorkz™ retreats in 2024 ~ stay tuned.

Cho’ga = Chair Yoga
This 1 hour class is done strictly from the chair, students remain seated at all times. 
We use a variety of styles and energy levels in these classes along with a series of stretching and BreatheWorkz™ exercises. 
These exercises create classes to support our respiratory, nervous and digestive systems.
A clearer mind, soothed nerves, and an aid in digestion & elimination. While creating energy throughout the entire body.
When these systems are optimally balanced it offers us overall better health, in our lungs, our movements and immune system. 
​We embrace what our bodies' capabilities are for that day. 
**Excellent for people experiencing Long Covid or rehab. Under advisement of your physician​***
Desk Yoga
This class is perfect for Corporate Events and Team Meets. It is similar to Chair Yoga as it is only seated, however, this class is a lot more rigorous.
This class also includes BreatheWorkz™ styled exercises & Face Yoga.​


In 2010, I created Yoga Mobile Studio to serve those who couldn't attend local yoga classes.

As a certified yoga teacher, Yoga Mobile Studio's classes prioritize the union of body and breath,

and becoming a certified BreatheWorkz™ Coach was a natural transition for me.

With my own experience of breathing difficulties, exhausted by COVID,

and living at a higher elevation, I start each day with breathing exercises.

Its absolutely imperative for my productivity.

BreatheWorkz™ specializes in breath training, mindful breathing,

and breath meditations for real-time relief and emotional balance.

Improving lung capacity through consistent practice is possible.

Like lifting weights for your lungs. They are muscles and are capable

of getting stronger, like any muscle in the body.


Its critical to our vitality to prioritize respiratory health, post-COVID.

 BreatheWorkz™ Coaching

30 minute classes where you'll learn different breathing methods and exercises, and be guided in practicing them.

These sessions build upon each other, allowing you to learn a catalogue of exercises.

By oxygenating your blood, these exercises help clear your mind, boost energy or calm it, reduce stress, and soothe nerves.

Rejuvenate your emotional mind, and spirit, through healthier lungs, subsequently better rest, and clearer thoughts.


Pranayama Classes

45-60 and 90 min classes and are considered "the full spa treatment" of BreatheWorkz™ Coaching.

These classes include mind, body and spirit exercises.

You will be treated to gentle body movements, each persons capabilities are accommodated, in coordination

with breathing exercises and a guided meditation.
